All bookings made through the online booking system, social media platforms, in person or through email are bound to the same Booking, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
All one-to-one and group sessions/ courses must be paid for at the time of booking to confirm.
Strictly a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule one-to-one sessions.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of an appointment start time incurs the full fee of the appointment.
Refunds are not available but a session credit for the full amount paid will be given if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the session start time. Session credits can be redeemed anytime within 6 months of the original session date.
If you arrive late to your session you are entitled to the remainder of your session but the missed time will not be made up and no refunds will be issued.
