Fitzmaurice Voicework® is a body-centred approach to vocal training that engages the voice, body and nervous system - all in the service of speaking and singing with deep connection and intention. In this 2-hour workshop, participants will be introduced to the core elements of Fitzmaurice Voicework®, Destructuring and Restructuring.

The workshops are suitable for anybody who is interested in:
The somatic-vocal relationship
Identifying habitual body tensions
Expanding their breath, resonance, range
Exploring 'what is' vocal presence
It is not necessary that you are a singer, actor or professional speaker - just that you are curious!
