'Cathryn is an exceptional teacher. She really believed I could sing when other singing teachers hadn’t heard my potential. With hard work and dedication, I used Cathryn’s insight and encouragement to find true belief in my vocal and her initial belief and tuition was the origin point of all that I have go on to achieve'. Wilfy Williams - Singer-songwriter

Computers are more stable than phones as you can connect directly to broadband with an ethernet lead.
Zoom sessions on a phone are available, though may be less stable than a computer.
Zoom
Online sessions are on Zoom, so you will need to download for the latest version.
The optimal Audio Settings for Zoom sessions are below.
An ethernet cable allows you to connect your computer directly into your router, resulting in a more stable connection online. Wifi works - but can be wonky!
In order to connect your ethernet cable to your computer you will need a USB/Ethernet adaptor.
Both of these items are reasonably priced, a long-term investment and readily available on Amazon or your preferred online retailer.
Ideally you should use a USB mic for online voice sessions. Computer mics have limits in terms of sound quality and will not pick up all the nuances in your voice.
USB mics range in price (I use a Scarlett mic, which works just fine for my purposes). A decent USB mic will be a long-term and useful investment for years of future Zoom sessions!
